Due to climate changes trees in California are dying at very fast rates.

According to a new study smaller plants aren’t growing quickly enough to fill the gaps. Which makes it even harder for our generation to fight against global warming, since forests with young trees store less carbon, so more carbon dioxide would cycle into the atmosphere.

The researcher found that the death rate for trees has increased in 87 percent!

I used this as my "story" picture because I feel that this is a very horrible issue we are dealing with, and that people don't put enough attention to it, because that is our only hope against global worming.
